What if I don’t like it?
No problem at all! If you're not satisfied, feel free to return the item within 30 days for a refund. Your happiness is our main goal.
How long does it take to arrive?
Wondering about the arrival time? We ship all items the day after your order is confirmed and prepped. Just cross-check the estimated arrival date on your order confirmation receipt.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We've got you covered with free shipping worldwide. Enjoy the perks!
Shipping and Delivery:
We aim to process your order within 1 - 3 business days. In case your local inventory is low, we'll ship from our main center. Expect delivery in 9 - 12 business days after processing, depending on your location and chosen shipping option.
Tracking
Once shipped, give it 2-3 business days for the tracking number to fully updated. Don't worry if it takes a bit; your order is on its way!
Return Policy
You have 30 days to return unused items in their original packaging. Unfortunately, we can't offer refunds or exchanges after this period.
Wrong Address
Ensure your shipping address is correct. If there's an error, let us know ASAP. We'll do our best to fix it within our speedy processing time.
Lost or Stolen Packages
